Marsala makes it’s move! Hot hue for 2015

Marsala

I can’t say I’m a fan of red wine, but I am liking the fashion world’s current drink of choice.

The Pantone colour for 2015 is Marsala, a warm reddish-brown hue.

This hearty, yet stylish tone has already been translated into recently released fashion designs, beauty products and home furnishings.

Designers like Daniel Silverstain, Herve Leger by Max Azria, and Dennis Basso showcased Marsala in their spring 2015 collections.

As a Queenslander, who supports the Maroons and is heading into cooler weather, I’m pretty excited to see how this colour will take over as the year continues…I definitely think some accessories and lippy in this edgy colour will be added to the My Eclectic Muse collection soon.

I’m not a fan of red wine either but this colour looks lovely especially in the winter coming here. Great post 🙂

Thanks for reading and the feedback! Also, it’s nice to hear I’m not the only one who’s not a huge fan of red, sometimes it seems that way haha.
